Hi, I’m Meridith!
I’m a creative operations and production professional with more than a decade of experience supporting teams across animation, digital media, streaming, apps, post-production, and other fast-moving creative environments. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, built workflows, managed schedules and budgets, coordinated vendors, and helped complex projects move from concept to final delivery.
My background includes leadership roles at JibJab Bros. Studios, StoryBots, Pixelogic Media, and other creative organizations. I’m also a two-time Emmy Award winner for my work on Ask the StoryBots.
In addition to production and operations leadership, I earned a degree in Graphic Design and completed UX Design training because I wanted to better understand the creative side of the business. That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the design process, user experience, and how thoughtful systems and communication can better support artists and creative teams.
People often describe me as organized, adaptable, empathetic, and someone who can bring calm to chaos. I enjoy untangling problems, improving processes, and helping talented people do their best work.

How I Work
I lead with empathy, clarity, and follow-through. I believe creative people do their best work when expectations are clear, communication is honest, and roadblocks are handled quickly. I’m calm under pressure, highly collaborative, and comfortable jumping between big-picture strategy and day-to-day details.
Outside of Work
I’m a longtime lover of film, games, storytelling, Halloween, cats, and crafts. I’m also currently exploring voice acting, which has been a fun reminder that creativity should never have an expiration date.
